Electronic Gateway for Territorial Planning and Construction

Project Goal

The primary goal of the project is to enhance the efficiency and quality of processes related to territorial planning, construction, and monitoring. To achieve this, the project restructured key processes in territorial planning, upgraded the technological framework of relevant information systems, and established a unified electronic portal for Territorial Planning and Construction. This integrated portal brings together multiple services from the user's perspective, including:

  • Register of Territorial Planning Documents of the Republic of Lithuania (TPDR): Centralized access to all territorial planning documents
  • Information System for the State Supervision of Territorial Planning Document Preparation and Territorial Planning Process (TPDRS): Ensuring     compliance and oversight in the planning process
  • Building Permits and State Supervision of Construction Information System (Infostatyba): Facilitating the issuance of permits and overseeing     construction projects
  • Topography and Engineering Infrastructure Information System (TIIIS): Providing critical geospatial data for planning and infrastructure development

This unified portal streamlines access to these systems, ensuring more efficient planning and construction processes while enhancing transparency and user experience.
