This system is pivotal in addressing global warming by collecting data on energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, evaluating the effectiveness of state-implemented policy measures, and publishing key indicators of these measures.

In this project, we accomplished the following:

• Conducted a feasibility study
• Prepared the technical specifications for the system
• Implemented necessary changes to the state data management program

These efforts are essential in ensuring effective monitoring, transparency, and accountability in the fight against global warming and climate change.
